Well hello there blog, it's been a while. I have replaced creative time with lots of naps these past four months, as my husband and I are expecting our first BABY! BTW, that is not my husband sketched above. The model is named "Erich" and these sketches were done yesterday in conté medium at a life drawing session. I thought they would be fitting of this week's theme, "Gesture". Enjoy!

QUESTIONS! Christine: Yes, he really stood on his head. It was impressive!
Julie: It IS our first baby. We have some names in mind, but I don't want to name the baby before seeing his or her face. And we find out the gender next week! Thank you sweetie, for your kind comments!

Oh my goodness your first baby! how wonderful! Congratulations! I remember how tired I was in my first trimester with both boys! Geez I slept all the time. Love the drawings!
