It has been too long since I last posted an Illustration Friday drawing, let alone the 21 day challenge. I have been working day and night and it has been hard to squeeze in any personal time. This piece above is actually a project I am doing for AAA local summer travels, completely drawn in Illustrator. I thought, what better image than me and my Hubby driving over the bay bridge to go to the ocean! We are way overdue for a break. And he loves to drive, so he is in the driver's seat. I had to add my own personal sentiment, ya know?

Wow, really nice. Love the looseness of it!
Nice work! It's a really well balanced composition too. I definitely wouldn't have the patience to do that in illustrator! FYI I'm cleaning up super long link list for the 21 day exercise based on those who finished, but I'm still leaving you on in the hopes that you'll soon have time to pick it up again!!!
Really nice illustration.
Fun and nicely drawn.
Great piece! Makes me want to head to the beach...
oh wow Cynthia...this piece is awesome and perfect for this great weather....
glad to see your back!
yar, being a while..Nice work here!
the car look really good (so is the whole artwork), especially the lights and the car texture.
Don't be long for more update.
Hi Cynthia...just popping in to say hello and see how you're doing!!!
I really like the feel of this piece and it does capture the essence of summertime. Impressive that it was done entirely in Illustrator! Thanks for sharing.

I want to blow it up and frame it, can I?? pretty please?
When I see you, you have to show me how you made it, not that I could....but i could sure try my best :)
love ya
Very nice. Too cartoonie though. You need to get back to the canvus. Either that or you need to learn the shading tool in Illistrator and give some depth to these works.
