An ad I did for work today

Nothing special about the design of it, I just thought I'd post to remind my friends to take a moment for themselves. Seems like we are always running around being busy, taking care of others before ourselves, etc. Here is a little inspiration to treat yourself and create a spa day! I haven't done this in quite a while, but it sounds wonderful. I also bought myself a bath bomb from this great little store I found called Lush. Can't wait to use it!

Harry the spider could not believe his eight eyes! He knew humans hated spiders and that they by instinct, would smash him with a big shoe upon sight. But today was his lucky day as this human whisked him by his string and put him outside where he belongs. So long Harry!

Photo Friday: Morning Routine

This morning I was sitting at my dining room table, checking out Friday's blog prompts on my iPhone. Upon discovering Photo Friday's prompt "Morning Routine", I decided to snap a pic of my current morning routine with my phone. This is consistently my routine, sitting here drinking my big cup of coffee and checking messages. Sorry I already chugged a good deal of it!

Inspire me Thursday: Silver

This soldered decorative piece is adorned with silver beads, silver hammered wire, silver tag that says "create" and a square mirror. Silver on silver on silver on iridescent glass. I would like to sell this in my Etsy shop, if I could just get a good picture of it shimmering and sparkling in the light as it looks in real life.

I love it when I get the opportunity to do a re-design on one of the radio station sites, with a fun holiday theme. My task was to make 101.9 Lite fm ready for Valentine's Day. So here is my website header!

Hubby's wishful thinking while loading the dishwasher.

I found this cute little thing he did while making my coffee this morning. We have this magnet on the fridge to keep track of clean/dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and he decided to embellish. How cute!

Notice that pink candy heart that says "Mike" (the hubby) on the top? I was going to make polymer clay candy heart magnets to sell on Etsy this year but I only got to the pink batch. I'm so busy!!! Valentines day is fast approaching, and it looks like I'm running out of time. That's ok though, I think I've changed my plans to not do seasonal stuff yet, until I find a way to increase my sales.

Any of you successful Etsy sellers out there have any good tips?
